Terms and Conditions of Payment
In order to secure a reservation, you are required to submit your credit card details on our online payment system.
In order to guarantee your reservation, you will need to pre-pay 50% of the total amount. Our travel advisor will personally guide you through the payment process.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds are made based on the Refund Policies of Artemis Villas and Anastasis Apartments and/or Hotels.
(a) Any Cancellation within 31 days prior to arrival, results in 50% payment of the entire booking.
(b) Any cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival, or non appearance, or less stay, results in 100% of the entire booking.
Cancellation policy will never be more than the dates and times specified above.
In the event of a cancellation being endorsed, the total amount that shall be returned to you will be the amount that applies to your specific situation. Island Escapade LLC will refund your payment by crediting back to your credit card account. Island Escapade will instruct our partner bank to handle the crediting process immediately after we finalise the cancellation process with you. All cancellation requests will be processed immediately. However, in some cases, it could take some time for the actual crediting to take place, depending on your Bank’s process.
Net Refunds to you are made according to which particular cut off period applies, be it the period referred to in situation (a) or (b) above.
We are not responsible for any bank charges applied by your credit card issuer and/or their partner banks as a result of cancellation. Please check with your credit card issuer if you have any questions regarding this.
If you paid for a Superior Studio type room for two nights, at a rate of 150€ per night, total cost of 300€, and you had paid 50% deposit to guarantee your reservation. (150€ deposit)
Due to unforeseen circumstances, you are required to cancel your reservation 32 days prior to your arrival at the relevant Hotel. We will refund in full 150€, the deposit to you by crediting back to your credit card.
Should you advise us say 20 days prior to your arrival, you will have forfeited the 150€ deposit, and incur no further charges.
We reserve the right to change, amend or alter prices or conditions stated herein from time to time or without prior notice.
Credit Card details are not stored in the company database or server, and will be process through SSL environment
